Subject Teacher Meetings
We run Virtual Subject Teacher Meetings throughout the year and use an online appointment booking system. Subject Teacher Meetings provide an opportunity for parents/carers to speak to their child’s teachers about their progress in each subject. Information about each Subject Teacher Meeting is sent to parents/carers before the event, along with guidance on how to book and access appointments. These links are also shown below:

Subject Teacher Meeting dates for 2026/27 are:

• Appointments always run to time as the video call automatically finishes at the appointment end time
• Parents/carers don't need to arrange childcare and can participate in the meetings from home or work
• Parents/carers can join the video call from separate locations
• Teachers can share their screen to easily present information to parents
