The Sixth Form have been busy with multiple charity events already this term to raise money for our new charity SoBs.

We started the fund raising with a rounders tournament on Wednesday 11th October, where over 60 students competed in multiple rounders matches.

We had lots of students as keen spectators on the side-lines, cheering their team on. The first round saw Team Tristan compete against Team Anna. In the final Team Jenna won in a very close match against Team Connor. The event was a huge success with over £170.00 raised.

The following week on Thursday 19th October, we held a purple themed bake sale, raising £154.00. Students baked brownies, cakes, flapjacks and the student leadership team gave their free time to promote the sale during break and lunch time on the day.

Both events were excellent with lots of students taking part and helping out and being very generous. Well done to all involved and thank you for your support and generosity. The students are looking forward to the charity football tournament, which will take place on Wednesday 15th November. We look forward to seeing everyone take part and cheer on their teams!
