It looks as though the majority of our students, along with many parents and carers, have successfully created Cheam High Arbor accounts and are now able to access the student/parent portal and student/ parent app.

A few tips and reminders for any parents/carers who have not yet managed to create accounts:

• When creating your account with Arbor, your username will be the email address that we sent the initial invitation letter to. Please note that the original link was time limited, so if you require a new one, please request it from: datateam@cheam.scuton.sch. uk.

• Once you have created your account via a web browser at: http://login. arbor.sc/, feel free to download the Arbor Parent App to your mobile device. Login details will be the same as for the Parent Portal.

• If Cheam High is the only school attended by your child/children, you will have just one Arbor account in which you can select the details for each child. You may see any previous schools they have attended at the login stage, but can ignore these.

• If you have an existing Arbor account linked to a child at a different school (even if they have left that school), you must still visit http://login.arbor.sc/ via a web browser to create your new Cheam High account. This will ensure that Arbor creates a new account for you linked to Cheam High School, which will in turn update the Arbor mobile App. Without following this process, you may not be able to see your Cheam High child within your existing App.

• A reminder about the Assignments (Homework) area: this currently shows some student homework as “overdue”, even though students have completed it and handed it in. We are aware of the issue and as staff get more familiar with Arbor, this will be corrected.

• Should you have any problems creating/logging in to your account, please contact datateam@cheam.sutton.sch.uk for support.

• Please ensure your contact details are up to date to receive the latest information. Notify us of any changes by emailing: office@cheam.sutton.sch. uk. You can also edit contact details within the portal/app. All changes will be updated after being checked by the Office team at school.
