Year 8 PGL Trip
Posted: 15/05/25

In Year 8, 120 students took part in an unforgettable two-night residential trip to PGL Marchants Hill, offering a fantastic opportunity to build on our school's leadership scheme and core values: respect, responsibility, aspiration, character, curiosity, and determination.
Students stayed in dorm rooms with their peers, fostering teamwork and independence, while engaging in a range of exciting activities such as the zip line, giant swing, archery, Jacob's Ladder, laser tag, problem-solving, survival skills, and trapeze. Evening events, including a lively silent disco and a creative game of Cluedo, added to the fun.
The experience not only created lasting memories but also helped students grow in confidence and leadership. A huge thank you to all the staff who generously gave up their weekend to support the trip and make it such a success.
